Aloo Tikka— Potato Cutlets that are crispy on the outside with fluffy, spiced potatoes on the inside!
This is a family favorite because not only is it simple and easy, but there are so many different ways to eat it! Put it in a burger bun, pair it with spiced rice, eat it with naan, or even just eat it plain with some chutney!
A few tips are if your aloo cutlet dough isn't sticking, soak 1 bread slice in water and add it to your dough. Also, if you don't want to dip your cutlet into egg, you can also add egg directly to the mixture.
