Chicken and Veggie Spring Rolls

Chicken and Veggie Spring Rolls— perfectly crispy on the outside with a flavorful filling.

 This is a family favorite for iftaar, and we usually freeze a bunch before Ramadan. For freezing, place the rolls on a tray and cover with parchment paper. Freeze and transfer to a Ziploc bag. When it's time to eat, defrost and fry the rolls.

The filling can easily be adjusted based on your preferences. If you don't want to prep veggies, coleslaw mix is another easy substitute.
