Cauliflower/Gobi Manchurian and Fried Rice
Crispy, crunchy cauliflower with a flavorful sauce served with perfectly spiced fried rice. Desi Chinese food is one of our favorite cuisine. This gobi (cauliflower) manchurian and fried rice recipe is quick, simple, and absolutely delicious.
This is a dryer version of cauliflower manchurian, but if you want more gravy, simply add water to the sauce part and simmer until it is thick, and then add the fried cauliflower. A few other things to keep in mind is that cauliflower is pretty delicate once cooked so when stirring and plating this dish, be gentle otherwise the cauliflower will break.
For the fried rice, you can add any vegetables you want. Carrots, cabbage, bell peppers, and green onions were our choice but you can add peas, beans, cauliflower, broccoli, corn, etc.
We hope you try these very mouth-watering dishes and pair them together for an amazing flavor experience!
