Keema grilled cheese is a childhood-favorite that uses up leftover keema and makes a crispy, comforting sandwich. It's spicy, flavorful, and way better than your average, boring grilled cheese!

We've given two methods to make the sandwich:

1. sandwich maker or panini press

2. stovetop

Both methods turn out great and are in the recipe card below! The keema can be any type of ground beef. We usually use any type of leftover keema, like this recipe.
