Chicago French Press

Chicago French Press-- organic, local, and freshly roasted coffee, delivered right to your door! We were very intrigued by CFP as they are not only a local premium coffee producer, but they also have a lot of fun, unique flavors! They were kind enough to send the F&F team their amazing coffee to try, and we definitely enjoyed it!

 

CFP was founded by Chicagoan Kris Christian, who has lead the company for over 8 years.  Inspired by the need for a rich, tasty coffee, Kris overcame the learning curve and rigid standards of the coffee industry to "  find solutions to needs that coffee consumers were facing with a fresh perspective". But our absolute favorite part aspect of CFP is that they donate a portion of sales from each bag sold to raise awareness for people in need.  As Kris told us, " It's beautiful to see our nonprofit initiatives with community partners come to life like the Alzheimer's Walk or, to see our team become one cohesive unit at the Forbes 30 Under 30 where we served thousands". So as they grow and expand as a company, CFP also gives back to the community, which is such a positive effort!

Review and Our Thoughts--

We were able to try the seasonal flavors: pumpkin spice pie and snickerdoodle. The pumpkin spice was our favorite and our go-to coffee for fall! In my opinion, it was better than most PSL you'd find at a cafe! And then the snickerdoodle coffee was truly unlike any coffee we had before! It's such a unique flavor; definitely a must-try! We also gave a sample to our coffee-obsessed friends (practically coffee connoisseurs) to try, and they loved it!

So we'd definitely recommend Chicago French Press; it's an amazing local small business, with delicious, flavorful coffee!
