SNICKERDOODLE COLD BREW-- easy, creamy, and flavorful coffee!

 

Cold-brew is a very simple method where ground coffee subtly brews by being steeped in water for a while. It creates a smoother, less bitter coffee than traditional brewing, and it's perfect for iced coffee!

 

We took our cold-brew to the next level by using Chicago French Press snickerdoodle ground coffee. We took one sip and we were hooked! It had a subtle cinnamon and cocoa taste, almost like an actual snickerdoodle cookie! 

 

You can easily customize this recipe based on your preferences. If you prefer stronger coffee, adjust the ratio for more coffee and less water. If you prefer a sweeter coffee, decrease the amount of coffee in your cold brew mixture. For the mixture itself, it's best to brew it for at least 15 hours but not more than 24 hours, otherwise it could get too strong or bitter.
