Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon Rolls— fluffy dough combined with a scrumptious cinnamon filling and luscious frosting. 

 

As the weather gets colder, nothing beats a fresh-from-the-oven cinnamon bun! Instead of heading to Cinnabon when your sweet craving strikes, give this easy and simple recipe a try (adapted from thestayathomechef ).

 

We've used a yeast-dought in this recipe, which requires two proofs or resting periods. The first time we let it rest before rolling it, and the second time we formed the rolls and then let the dough rise. Again, the rise is VERY important for fluffy, soft cinnamon buns.

You have no excuse to not make these easy, comfrting cinnamon rolls!
