Giant Ice Cream Sandwich/ Cookie Pie- a mouthwatering combination of two soft, chewy cookies and a thick, creamy layer of ice cream!

We've collaborated with Fronen to create a completely dairy-free and vegan-friendly dessert! You can always substitute any of the ingredients for regular dairy products. For example, where we used almond milk in the cookie, you can substitute regular milk. But we definitely recommend that you try this ice cream sandwich using Fronen's banana-based frozen dessert!

 

The cookie recipe we've shared makes about 2 dozen regular sized cookies or 2 large 8-inch cookies! You can do it either way!
