Kofta Salan

Tender meatballs filled with spices, minced meat, and covered in a luscious gravy. Are you hungry yet? Kofta Salan or Meatballs with Gravy is a very delicious, very popular dish, but it can seem daunting to many people. While there are quite a few steps to make koftay, it can also be really simple. In our recipe, we have divided the process into 2 main parts, which simplifies and speeds up this delicious recipe.

The first part includes making the meatball; in the second part, the gravy/salan is made and combined with the meatballs. When you're done, don't forget to ganrish with peppers, cilantro, or even boiled eggs and serve with white rice or tandoori naan!
